Flying out here was relatively easy and is just approximately a four-hour flight for just about any UK airport. But locating a good quality apartment, villa or hotel was proving very difficult as standards varied so much that it became very much a hit and miss affair.

To remedy this problem they proceeded to seek out many of the finest resorts on Tenerife personally staying at each one and slowly forming a list of resorts that they would personally recommend to their family, friends and business contacts.

As the Internet revolution rapidly expanded it became clear that this service could be utilised by like-minded people who were also very unhappy with the pot-luck approach, and so Spanish Bargain Holidays was born.
